Easy Returns & Exchanges
Any questions or concerns about the return shipment or exchange of your item shall be dealt with by contacting us over the phone or coming by the store. A full refund may not be available depending on what the item is and when it was purchased. A 30 day return/exchange period is set out from the day of shipment to the end of the 30 days period. Anything after this 30 days will not be accepted. No returns accepted on Consuela or monogram items.
